Project YES (Youth Excellence Services) is a prevention program in Mifflin County, PA offered by TIU Community Education Services. This is a voluntary program that targets at risk middle school students who display success-hindering behaviors.

Project YES works with students, parents, and school staff to establish goals that will address academic, attendance, and behavioral concerns. A variety of activities are offered to assist students in meeting their goals. They include:
The expected outcomes of the program are improved academic performance, attendance, and reduced behavior problems. Progress is monitored and reported to all participating parties on a regular basis. Referrals are accepted from school personnel, agencies, or concerned community members. A thorough assessment, which includes information from the parent, school, and other involved agencies is completed to determine if services are appropriate. Length of service varies based on the individual’s need.

- After school activities that focus on social skills, career awareness, nutrition, school pride, and community service
- Individualized incentive program
